Bill Finch, Co-Founder, President, and Interaction Architect

Bill has an eye for design. He's always known his career would involve using computers to create. After graduating from Colorado State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Art (emphasis on Computer Animation), he was offered a position with Internet Gift Registries, primarily WeddingNetwork.com. Bill worked with a team of brilliant people to design and develop one of the first online gift registries.
Since then, he has worked with start-up, medium and large companies as a Project Manager, Lead Designer and Creative Director. Along the way, Bill developed his freelance business and earned the trust of enough clients to start a solo career. In July 2001, Creative Flavor was born. Bill forged relationships with a talented team of designers, developers, and partner companies to streamline the design and development processes and consistently produce inspiring work. Creative Flavor Inc. is now an established interactive development firm that continues to mature, innovate and excite.
When Bill isn't working, he enjoys listening to music, playing the bass and spending time with his family.
Shannon Rause, Vice President and Systems Architect

Shannon's interest in software and computers began in the 1980s with the TRS-80. His curiosity became his career focus and he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in both Computer Science and Mathematics.
After college, Shannon worked with several Fortune 500 companies, developing many products from gasoline pumps and satellite TV receivers to medical information kiosks. In 2001 he founded Talus Computers, LLC, which later became SKS Development, LLC. He joined Creative Flavor in 2005 as the Vice President and Systems Architect.
When not working, Shannon can be found hiking the Rocky Mountains with his two dogs, Kara and Sadie, and playing ice hockey.
Janna Polzin, Co-Founder and Operations Manager

Janna attended the University of Colorado at Denver where she earned a degree in English Literature. When she met Bill Finch in 2001, his passion for web business piqued her interest in design and the Internet. Together, they constructed a business model inspired by Bill's talent and Creative Flavor was founded. She managed daily business operations and stabilized the start-up, turning the business into an reliable entity with clients who praised their work.
In 2004, Janna decided to take on a smaller role in the company to spend more time with her children, but continues to be an important advisor.
In her downtime, she enjoys reading, blogging and writing fiction.
