PAYOUT TERMS
1) All referrals must be documented and agreed to by the referred client in the initial contract signed by that client. If there is no documentation of the referral in the initial contract, then Creative Flavor is not obligated to provide any compensation for the referral.
2) Referral payouts are awarded for INITIAL agreement/contract with referred client only. Any upgrades to initial services rendered by Creative Flavor will not be considered a referral, and the referrer will not be awarded any referral payouts for those services rendered.
3) Creative Flavor reserves the right to change or modify this program without notice. Creative Flavor has sole authority over the referral process. Creative Flavor shall be the ruling authority over any and all disputes and any decisions made by Creative Flavor are final.
